Planning and executing events is my true passion, and I love making sure that all the details are in order and that the clients are happy. This job requires a lot of creativity, precision, and good communication skills to make sure everything runs smoothly and the participants are happy.\u201d<\/p>\n
What is your superpower?\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
\u201cMy superpower is my communication skills and ability to stay calm in critical situations. I am able to keep a clear head in complex and stressful situations and find solutions quickly, which helps me ensure that all events run smoothly and without problems. I am also able to communicate well with different people and create positive relationships with them, which is very important when organizing events.\u201d<\/p>\n
What do you think is the most important aspect when working with people?\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
\u201cI think the most important thing in working with people is to understand the uniqueness of each individual and adapt your approach accordingly. All people are different and therefore the same methods may not apply to everyone. It is important to understand the individuals personality and needs in order to create effective and pleasant cooperation. Empathy and active listening are key elements, as they help to understand the feelings and expectations of the other person. This creates the basis for positive and productive relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n
How do you spend your free time?<\/i><\/p>\n
\u201cI love traveling, my favorite places so far have been Iceland and Canada.<\/p>\n
I'm also a big music fan, I listen to a lot of different types of music, but I also have my own very specific favorites. I like to read, although I don't get to read much.<\/p>\n
My work is more of a hobby, as I decided when I was 17 that I wanted to do it. I haven't regretted it yet.<\/p>\n
